How can I take out an annual subscription to this service?
All you have to do is register from the Subscription menu on the site.
Only Essential and Premium subscriptions need to be renewed annually.
Can I get a refund if I decide to cancel my annual subscription midway through?
Our General Terms and Conditions allow a 14-day cooling-off period. After this period, reimbursement is no longer possible.
What happens at the end of the annual subscription period?
At the end of the annual subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed for another year, unless you choose to deactivate the automatic renewal option in your subscription settings. Check your account details for the exact renewal date.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary according to the delivery method selected and your location. As a general rule, standard delivery takes around 3-5 working days in France and 10 days for Europe.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the La Poste website.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
The possibility of changing the delivery address after you have placed your order depends on the shipping status of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to check whether a change is possible.
What should I do if a parcel is damaged or a product is missing?
If you notice any damage to your parcel or if a product is missing, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the parcel. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.
Do you offer international delivery?

How do I read a QR Code?
Now a days, all you need to do to read a QR Code is use your mobile phone’s camera. If the QR Code contains an internet address (URL), which is the case with Smial Codes, the camera will directly suggest opening the internet link.
If the QR Code is not an internet link, you will need to use an application dedicated to reading QR Codes.
Is my data secure on Smial.net?
We take the security of our users’ data very seriously. The Smial.net platform has been designed with a “security by design” approach to ensure that your data cannot be intercepted and used by malicious third parties.
Only the data you choose will be accessible when one of your Smial Codes is scanned, such as your telephone number or email address, so that we can contact you.
